10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. - Exhibits entered and judged - 4-H Building - club displays may be set up.
SUNDAY, JULY 27
4:00 P.M. - Rabbits MUST be in place.
12:00 to 6:00 P.M. - 4-H Snack Shack open in the 4-H Building
NOON to 6:00 P.M. - Exhibits entered, judged and set up. At this time we will accept any entries not judged on Saturday. NO EXHIBITS ACCEPTED AFTER 6:00 P.M.
6:00 p.m. - All entries in place, club displays will be judged excluding those in the horse barns between 6 and 8 p.m.
MONDAY, JULY 28
